A Full Gut, A Full Friendship

Some projects start as client work and end as friendship. This one did both from the very beginning with months of texting, scheming, and laughing our way through every decision, right alongside the excitement of watching this house come together.

It was a full gut and space reconfiguration, with the kitchen as the true star, centered perfectly to welcome the family's everyday life while still holding its own for entertaining. We went with full custom cabinetry, paneled appliances, a showstopping Italian stove, and European oak floors that flow throughout the home. From there, the transformation extended into two living rooms, a dining room, primary bedroom and a kids' bathroom that was dressed in earthy zellige tile, brass spa fixtures, and a funky mirror that gives the space its charm. One of our favorite creative left-turns was an antique wardrobe, reimagined into a full bar moment.
